Other Programs:
The Pejuta Canku (Medicine Road) Program: Many of us know someone
who has been touched by breast cancer. The Medicine Road is a program
offered by Whitehawk Ranch to help breast cancer survivors continue
to heal and to grow stronger in mind, body and spirit. This 5-week
program provides a road map for survivors to begin the process
of long term healthy living. Whitehawk Ranch has created the Whole
Living Plan that helps each woman create a healthier lifestyle
and outlook. Interaction with horses is a crucial part of regaining
one’s dignity and personal power. This program will be offered
at no cost.
The Wolakota (Balance/Harmony) Program: The Wolakota program is a natural extension of Whitehawk Ranch’s existing programs that provide information to enable women to achieve their optimal health and happiness through our life-enhancing curriculum, American Indian culture, and the special relationship between women and horses. This equine experience allows graduates of the Whitehawk Ranch programs to continue to improve their horse interaction skills and riding techniques while at the same time, using the information and skills learned during their respective programs.
